This is a shocking restaurant that claims to be under new management, but is a continuation of utterly bad service and disregard for the customer. We ate there last night and were horrified by the fact they can even call themselves a restaurant.
1. it took over an hour for the food to arrive
2. 30 mins before the plates were even cleared
3. they forgot our starter
4. it took 15 minutes to pay while I was standing at the till because of incompetent staff
5. shouted at by the chef because I was ‘making trouble’ and complaining
6. Tried to charge me service after telling them I wouldnt be paying a penny for itJust stay away is my general advice! Go to Novellinos or another kosher restaurant as this really is a shocking establishment!

I agree with the review already published! I booked a table for 4 of us on a Sunday evening @ 8 pm by computer & this was confirmed to me by email on the day. However, when we showed them the piece of paper said had us down for 8.15! There was only one menu for food on the table & we asked for another one which never arrived! The place was packed out but obviously not enough waiters/waitresses as had to wait ages. Then mine arrived before the others, my husband’s 2nd before the 1st which he sent back. Eventually (but not at the same time) our friends arrived. We were there nearly 2 hours in all! The food was edible but would not go there again as service diabolical & the staff did not seem to care about it! The actual venue is very pleasant but not a good restaurant in any sense of the word. They will have to pull their socks up if want to keep up with the competition in the area!

Stay away!
We booked ahead. When we showed up the place was empty, and we didn’t like the places we had. The obnoxious waitress tried to convince us to stay in the places prepared. After changing places and waiting for the food 30 min or more, the food was of shocking quality. I ordered pasta which was soggy and didn’t have anchovies although it should have. My wife had a salad which leaves were rotten. When we tried to send it back the waitress came and interrogated us as to what was wrong with the salad and did not apologise even for a second. Then we tried ordering deserts. After 30min of waiting to order (the place was empty-the waitress was just chatting)we decided to leave and were shouted at for not wanting to pay service. Shocking-stay away!
