A Sacred Duty – Should Jews Eat Meat? Film Screening and Debate

Join the JCC for a thought-provoking and provocative evening about the relationship between Jews, meat and shechita (ritual slaughter).

We will be screening A Sacred Duty, a documentary exploring the tremendous impact our diets have on the world around us. With the damage meat causes to animals and the environment the film asks – should we be eating meat at all?
